What is the significance and relevance of this story to last days prophecy?

I have said it before and I will say it again the United States is losing its position as a superpower.

This is part of God's plan. God is preparing the way for the last Gentile world power. This will be a federation of ten nations rising up out of the countries that made up the old Roman Empire. Their political leader will be the Antichrist and their spiritual leader will be the False Prophet.

The decline of the United States is happening fast. Morals, values, and ethics have fallen into the gutter. Our military has lost their backbone. Our politicians are not qualified to run an Elementary School.

The recent incident with China and our airplane is a good example of just how far the U.S. has declined. China knocked a U.S. airplane right out of international skies and then proceeded to steel all of the top secret technology they could get off the plane. We asked for the airplane back and they said no. What did we do about it? Not a thing!

Rogue nations and their little dictators are good at sensing weakness and they know how to take advantage of it.

Could you see any superpower from the past like Greece or Babylon or even Rome let tiny insignificant countries like Togo humiliate them in front of the rest of the world?

If these countries want to play hardball perhaps the U.S. should get off the bench and step up to the plate. Take away our foreign aid and U.S. dollars from these rogue countries and I bet the United States would be voted back on the Commission in a heartbeat!

Of course action like that takes leadership and you are not going to see much of that from our political patsies.

According to Congress and the White House "they don't need to do much because the country practically runs by itself." Sure bet. If that were true then why do we a government and politicians?
